Customer Review: Still my favorite blower for front and back porch quickies, and to blow out the pine needles under the windshield wipers and other places on the car. My first one burned in a wildfire, and I had it close to 4 years. The second one died one day after 2 years. I then purchased the black and decker which is also a vacuum. It is 40 V, but seems to have less power than the 20V Works blower. It is also much heavier. After trying it, I reordered another Worx and am happy I did. It does the job necessary to keep the porch clear of debris. I use it almost every day and sometimes more than once.

I also had another name brand blower / leaf vacuum that was corded so I was hoping for a battery version to do two things in one. In looking at the Worx products I found this blower / vacuum combo that is used with batteries. This blower / vacuum unit came with two 40 volt batteries and a dual battery charger. All Worx products will use each battery and most are 20 volt but these are the fatter 40 volt. These batteries were not charged so I used 20 volt batteries that I had charged to use the vacuum option. I have a recessed access to the underneath of my house and I had leaves from a neighbors house filling it up about halfway. The vacuum worked great and the charged 20 volt battery was capable of starting and in finishing the job. The photo shows the bottom of the recess in which the vacuum removed all the leaves from midway to the bottom with the rocks showing in the bottom. I will mention this vacuum ability with two batteries is a little heavy compared to the corded unit I replaced it with. But I needed something where I’m not close to an outlet so this unit worked great. This blower is also more powerful than the original one I purchased many years ago too.
