I ran it over my carpet that I had just done with my old vacuum and it picked up even more. I have cats, and didn’t even know that hair was still on the carpet. It pulls the throw rugs up from the floor it has that much power. Bare floors, you can put your broom away. Furniture brush works great and now I get get those cobwebs up in the corners. Light weight and easy storage. This one gets five stars from me.

Customer Review: For the price this is the best vacuum I’ve ever owned! It came neatly packaged. It was easy to put together. I’ve had it for 6 months now and the suction still works great! Love how it swivels in every direction possible so I can make tight turns at the last second! This is super light weight compared to Dyson! The pet hair remover is amazing and is very powerful! I use the attachments on the stairs all the time. Yes, you’ll need to use the hose for baseboards, but most vacuums are like that. My only complaint is the attachments fall off the vacuum while running it. Not sure how to fix that unless I remove them. Other than that, this vacuum works like a charm!

Customer Review: I am a janitor. I have been buying Bissel for the past 18 months. The first, a much cheaper model, lasted 1 year. Then I bought one that was a bit more expensive, by $20 or so. I am still using that one, but the bottom plate came off. It still sucks up very well, but it is loud, perhaps because the bottom broke off. I am using it only for floor 1 and lobby. It sucks up the winter salt crystals that are copiously strewn on the grounds and tracked into the building.Thi latest model is more expensive, almost $200, and I am loving it. It has a HEPA filter — the others did not. It purrs quietly, and performs well.This model allows me to disconnect the vacuum from its base to use the hose to get dust and the like above the floor. It also has settings for floor and carpet.This model is VERY easy to put together. Usage is straightforward. Once you turn it on, gently place your foot on the base as you position the handle for vacuuming.

Customer Review: I have an older Dyson vacuum and it definitely needed to be replaced.I finally decided to replace it and because I have owned many Bissell over the last 40 odd years. I like that Bissell gives to dog charities for every purchase. I like the vacuum is light and easy to use and does a wonderful job picking up everything. I put it together in about a minute and vacuumed a 4×4 section of carpet twice that was vacuumed with my old Dyson first. Wow, it picked up a full canister and a half of dirt, cat hair and dog hair!😬

Customer Review: OMG I think i’ve never had a good vacuum before. This one has so much power it changed the color of my carpet. First pass completely filled the tank where my old vacuum wouldn’t pick anything else up. The tank is super easy to take out and empty (all one enclosed piece). My old vacuum had three parts that fit together and all of them ended up with dirt in them despite the filters so this vacuum is so much cleaner and easier. It’s super easy to maneuver. It picks up all the fine pet hair that my old vacuum passed over. My only small peeve is that the accessories fall off of their posts easily. But really great vacuum for the price.
