Arrived next day! Safely and securely packaged. Almost no assembly. Instructions were clear. It operates as a robot damp mop with water and pad or vacuum. Comes with extra filter and spinners. It runs seemingly forever. And picked up stuff from the floor we had never seen before! We have hardwood floors + oriental rugs and had no issues with tassels at all even though directions said to tuck them which we didn’t do. It somehow found the charging station from three rooms away! We have had four Roombas two currently in action. It runs much smoother, with zero hangups in our home (the Roombas do get stuck under things) It’s quieter and vacuums better. The media could not be loaded. We have been wanting a robot vacuum for a long time now as we have a golden retriever and it is almost impossible to keep up with the amount of hair he sheds. This vacuum has been great. The lidar detection works really well and we are continuously surprised by its ability to avoid objects and maneuver around. The directions are not as clear as they could be, but I realized this is partially because the vacuum is pretty much plug and play. When you turn it on and open up the app it pretty much does everything for you. It begins mapping your house immediately without you needing to do anything. The mapping within the app is really nice, you can go in and name rooms, split rooms apart, and setup no go zones for mopping or for vacuuming and mopping. The app also lets you select different ways to clean, whether that’s by room, by zone or auto. The vacuum itself works great and is designed to get in every nook and cranny. You can set your suction on a few different settings, we have ours on high since there is so much dog hair in our house. A few downsides of the vacuum is that if you do have a lot of dog hair like us you are going to deal with your brush getting tangled in hair, if you check it regularly you should be able to deal with it. Additionally because of the amount of dog hair we have needed to empty the collector more often. We let it clean our entire bottom floor when we first got it and it got clogged because there was too much hair for the station to suck out when it docked. However, there is an option in the app to send the vacuum to dust collect whenever you want to help avoid this. The additional mopping feature is one of the reasons we chose this vacuum, where it is nice it does not work quite as well as I would like it to. It definitely mops but I would consider it more of a light mopping than a thorough one. Overall, the vacuum works great and for the price point you really can’t beat it, I highly recommend this vacuum even with the few downsides it’s more than worth it.

This is a very good robot vacuum for the price. Before the positives there is a negative. The owners manual is very basic. While it is good showing you how to assemble it I had problems tying everything together. I could not get the app to work and almost sent it back. Long story short, I found the customer help section on Amazon and figured out what I was doing wrong. Now that it is working it has been fantastic! You can tell by picking it up that it is well built and a quality unit. It is a lot quieter than I thought it would be and it vacuums our 1850 sf house in about an hour. The mapping function works well, just make sure you pick up any extension cords or small loose items before you start mapping. We noticed the floors are clean and it gets most of the corners with its little feeler brush. The vacuum also works in between the legs on our kitchen chairs! It’s sensors work really well and it leaves very little behind. When it is finished it goes to its dust collection bin and activates a powerful vacuum that sucks all the dirt out of the vacuum and into the dust hopper. A word of warning, when it goes to the dust bin/charging station it sounds like a small jet engine! This lasts about 45 seconds but it works good. The battery charge lasts long enough to do most of the house. One time it did it all but it usually needs a recharge to finish the last room. I do remove our small throw rugs from the bathrooms but the other low profile carpets are not a problem. The vacuum does use vacuum bags but that is for the dust bin which takes several weeks to fill up. I am glad it has the bag instead of bagless. That is because the dust bag makes disposing of your dirt a very dustless task. I have not used the mop function yet so I am not sure how good that function works. If you are in the market for a robot vacuum consider this model first.

This is my first robot vacuum with a mopping option. My first product, a Deebot still works but has needed service and recently a new battery. I moved into a new home with all wood & ceramic tile floors on the first floor. With all the sanding & painting we needed to do, the floors were always dusty and gritty even after a swiffer cleaning. My Deebot cleaned pretty well but I wanted the floor washed.I had an opportunity to buy this mop combo with a discount so I bought it after reading the reviews. If nothing else I would have a backup if the older one died again. It was easy to get started. It came quickly and almost fully charged from what I could tell. I plugged in the charger and let it charge for about 20 minutes and then set it loose. I was leaving the house for a while so I cleared everything out of the way. Easy to do in the living room since our furniture had not yet arrived. I filled it with tap water and watched it for a few minutes. I liked how it cleaned back and forth in parallel lines unlike my Deebot that went all over in a random pattern. At first I could not see the wetness but after a few seconds could easily see where it the floor had been mopped. We then left the home to hope for the best.When I came back home the living floor looked great! I forgot to close the bedroom door so I found it in my master bathroom on the rug. Oops! I emptied the dust bin and checked on the water. Very little water was used. The dust bin had a surprising amount in it since I thoroughly vacuumed before I started the mop. I returned it to the charger. Next time I will make sure to close the bathroom door and not worry about any prep of the floor since it did both jobs at the same time beautifully. I did not yet add the app and use the wi-fi function but will try that soon. One thing I missed from my Deebot was a pocket on the charger to store the remote. This one came with 2 AAA batteries for the remote and an extra set of replacement side brushes as well as one extra filter. Hopefully I will have many cleanings with my new robot.
