Customer Reviews
Customer Review: This Shark Robovacuum is great. We’ve had it in use for about 2 weeks. It vacuums half of my home (living room, kitchen, spare room and a bathroom) every night because of our 2 dogs and 3 cats. Make sure you find the little edge brush, its tucked into a corner of the packing material. I was happy to find out that it will eventually climb over my threshold between my living room and kitchen with is pretty tall (for a threshold) due to my kitchen floor being decorative stone. The Shark Robovac is a little loud when doing its job, but not horribly loud. When it backs into its docking station, the vacuum that sucks out the robovacs onboard dustbin is pretty loud…kind of like a shop vacuum. Its only on for a few seconds. Overall, I’m impressed with its cleaning ability. Its nice waking up eveymorning to clean floors. The other half of the house is a step down, so my wife has those rooms mapped out separately and has to put the robovac on that level to clean rooms individually. So far so good.
Customer Review: It vacuums the house better than I ever could with the big standup vacuum because it can get into places that I cannot. It gets under the beds, behind the couch, behind the toilets, etc. I vacuumed my house with the big vacuum just two days before this robot arrived and it immediately filled the vacuum storage container twice in 3 cleanings. I now feel like my carpet is properly clean. I named him Bob and connected him to Alexa and can have her send him to clean individual areas of my house at any time. Super cool and effective tool. I even bought a special table so that I could get the cat food off the floor and Bob can vacuum under the cat food area and clean up spilled crunchies. I left a shirt on the bathroom floor and it got stuck in the brush. I received a text message stating that “My brush is stuck, please help me clean it”. I didn’t know where it was in the house at the time so I used the Find Robot feature and located it in seconds. Love this thing.

The robot intelligently navigates and operates according to saved maps. It stores up to 5 maps.2. It has a powerful suction of 7000Pa and a brush speed of 20,000 RPM. The robot will automatically increase carpet suction by up to 200% for deeper cleaning.3. The large battery capacity allows for continuous operation and automatic charging.4. Especially noteworthy is its quiet operation; if a problem occurs during operation, the robot will automatically shut off to protect the machine from damage.I feel very confident and secure when I go to work; it works diligently according to schedule (I can see it working through the security camera). When I return home, the floors are always clean.I recommend this to anyone considering buying a quality robot vacuum cleaner; it’s a reliable and reasonable option in the under $300 price range. It won’t disappoint.
Customer Review: This is a great robot vacuum! Easy to set up and works wonderfully. The LiDAR system allows for accurate mapping of the area and precise cleaning. Obstacles are easily navigated and the vacuum never gets tangled or snagged. The mopping function is easy to install. 2 mopping pads are included with the vacuum. This is a powerful and efficient vacuum, empties itself after every use. Battery life is good, but because of it’s efficiency, cleans my area in less than an hour. Customer Review: I have been using this robot for a while now, and I am very impressed with its overall performance. Overall, this is a powerful, intelligent, and well-designed robot vacuum that truly delivers on convenience and cleaning performance. Great value for the features it offers, and highly recommended.
Customer Review: I bought this because I had a previous, more expensive Robot vac and mop solution and hated it. I’ve had the previous device for a year, and spent a good chunk of money on it, only to have it be loud, hard to clean, hard to maintain, and it just didn’t work very well. When I finally got sick of wrestling with it, I asked Copilot for recommendations and this guy was at the top of the list. At half the price of the previous device, this seemed like it was worth a try.First, the documentation is awesome. There’s a large quick start card that’s easy to ready, easy to follow, and actually works for quick set up and mapping. The manual is great too – the parts list and illustrations are on a different sheet, so you can easily read the instructions and refer to the illustrations at the same time – which means when you go to do maintenance, it’s easy to follow and figure out. There’s a clear maintenance schedule – when to clean, when to replace – and when I walked through it all to make sure I understood, easily and quickly found all the parts and could follow all the instructions.Mapping my 1400 sq foot house took 15 or 20 minutes, and there weren’t any issues. Then I went into the software, named and organized the cleaning schedule, clicked the button and shazaam. The device itself is very quiet. I probably wouldn’t run it while sleeping, but you can easily watch TV without having to turn up the volume. Both the side brush and the mops swing out, so I got great coverage under the edges of cabinets, along the edges of floors, and around table legs, etc. The sweeper fins are great – not brushes, instead they’re soft rubber fins, so pet hair doesn’t tangle up. The mop heads provide great coverage and do a great job with damp mopping and spot cleaning, with good floor contact – but it flawlessly recognized even very thin carpets and mats and didn’t try to mop them.Best value for sure, so much better than the more expensive device I struggled with for a year. Highly recommended!
