Obstacles are easily navigated and the vacuum never gets tangled or snagged. The mopping function is easy to install. 2 mopping pads are included with the vacuum. This is a powerful and efficient vacuum, empties itself after every use. Battery life is good, but because of it’s efficiency, cleans my area in less than an hour. Additionally, the vacuum becomes a nice vehicle for cat to ride! This is an amazingly effective vacuum and a good value for it’s price. There are 3 or 4 different vacuums being reviewed on this same thread.Update 6625:I noticed today why it tells you you should have six feet open space directly in front of the charging port: when the vacuum is returning home, she will go so many feet out away from the port so that she can turn around and line up to get on the charging nodes. In reality, I don’t think she needs more than 4 ft… But there may be issues with her being able to turn around if there’s anything blocking her. 6 ft is a lot of space, so you might be able to get away with 4 to 5, depending on your setup. Otherwise, you would have to use the remote to manually return her to the station, or pick her up and put her on the charger yourself. Not having the space is not a deal-breaker, it just means you will less of the “auto” features. Today I did let her run until her battery got low and she maneuvered herself back to the charger without any assistance.I also want to say she is doing a pretty job at cleaning. I’m used to having to sweep and then mop the floors… But after letting her run through the whole apartment for 2 days, when I’m up today it was such a nice smooth process. A big reason why I didn’t let it go all over the apartment is because I’m still in the process of moving and I have packaging everywhere on the floors, creating too many obstacles.With that being said, so far so good. I just let her run around in “Auto Mode” and she worked great. Yes, my robot vacuum is a “she.” I named her Suki, as she “Suki a lot of dirt.” Plus Suki is a name for “loved one,” and I love her already!! I swore up and down I was never going to be one of those people who have one of these… and here we are. And I probably never would have if I had not stayed with my sister and her husband for several months when I first moved to a new State. They have one and I really noticed how much a difference it makes and keeping up with pet hair and everything else.What seemed like really haphazard navigation ended up being a lot more mapped out than it first appeared. While it look like she was just going in random directions with no uniform, I did start to notice that she was not going over the exact same path upon return. So, somehow, it’s working to where I can tell the machine is covering everywhere. It definitely appears to be mapping while it’s in use, but I know it does not store mapping. That’s a big part of the need for Wi-Fi with other robot vacuums. I did notice that a couple people were complaining in the reviews about her constantly vacuuming just the edges by the wall… This is probably because they didn’t realize that she was in that mode. Because you can literally make it so that she focuses only on the borders. There’s quite a few nifty features that you can program the vacuum to do… And it even has a scheduling option so that you can schedule the vacuum to go off at whatever time you want (as well as a way to cancel the schedules if things change). Overall, pretty nifty. It does what I need it to do, and that’s all that matters to me. I don’t need a bunch of fancy features. My apartment is just under 800 square feet; therefore, I don’t need it to do special mapping to try to remember where it left off after a charge. It’s pretty much going to get the whole place on one charge.One MAJOR reason why I selected this, (outside of the lower cost) is because it does NOT require an app or Wi-Fi connection (in fact you absolutely cannot connect this particular vacuum to an app or Wi-Fi, so if that is what you’re looking for this is not the vacuum for you). Sure, with an app you can do things like trigger her to start running before you even get home from work… But, quite honestly, that doesn’t even matter to me. Because, if I learned anything from watching my sister and her husband’s pricier, self emptying robot vacuum? It’s that these things are constantly getting themselves into trouble and you need to be there to rescue them, anyway (which is a total drain on their battery if you aren’t there to save them). So, there’s no reason why I would need the robot vacuum to run while I’m not home. On a side note… I found it quite hilarious that the instructions say that you should not place her near the stairs or a cliff. And I was scratching my head wondering how many people with fortresses were buying these things. 😂😂😂And speaking of running… Very quiet. I would have to say that my stand up floor fan is way louder than this thing. The AC unit is louder than this thing. I would assume that some of that has to do with the fact that the suction is not superior in this thing, as it’s only at 2000 (really pricey robot vacuums are around 4,000). However, I have laminate floors (fake wood flooring in a linoleum-type flooring) and the throw rug in my living room is one of those very low profile new kind that are washable, which is comparable to a thick blanket.Speaking of the area rug… This thing had no problem going up and over and onto it regardless what angle she approached the rug. Sometimes she came onto the carpet straight on and other times she came up on to the carpet at an angle. And she didn’t even blink an eye!As stated before, I only took her for a test run and she picked up so much “tuck” in that short timeframe. I was thrilled that she even got all the little itty bitty popcorn pieces from all the styrofoam my furniture and other items were delivered in. It’s like no matter how careful you are taking things out of the boxes those little tiny popcorn pieces get everywhere and they are so impossible to sweep up. Keep in mind I had, just the night before, swept and mopped most of the area that she ran over today in her test run and there was still that much stuff in her canisterThe canister is very easy to remove. You don’t have to flip her upside down or anything. You just push down on the little release button with your thumb and pop it out. That is also where you will find a filter that you can clean out. Read the manual that comes with it throughout. It’s very helpful on how to keep her clean or else she won’t work properly.I love the remote. She got stuck trying to go over packaging from my couches that was on the floor. When she didn’t get the clue that she needed to back up and try something else, I just held down the down button for backwards and she totally backed up like a remote control car. I just pushed the right arrow button and she turned in that direction and I let it go and she took off. That was so awesome!When I felt that I had seen enough I decided to go ahead and use the remote to return her back to her charging station. She immediately responded (didn’t seem to want to respond to the remote commands when she was in another room, though). Once you push the button to send her home to charge, she will start moving slower. I think this is just the devices way of being very accurate in homing in on her docking station so that she can properly align for a proper charge. And speaking of our proper charge when I first unpackaged her I had to put her on the charger to charge her fully as it is recommended in the instructions before use. And I noticed at some point the orange light wasn’t flashing which is what tells you she’s charging. So I just hit the auto button as if I was going to send her out to suck up my dirt… And after she got a couple feet away from the dock I just hit the return button on the remote so that she could get on the dock properly. Work like a charm… didn’t have any issues with the charging stopping at that point.So I really can’t comment on longevity for the battery or parts. But I will say it would be wise to purchase spare brushes and filters for down the road just so that you have them when you need them. Because these things do wear down with use. The more you use it the quicker it’s going to wear down. Just a heads up. But these are not a “one-time purchase and forget about it,” just like most bagless vacuums require maintenance and upkeep.There was some damage to the box that it came in…. Not sure if it matters or not.If anything changes I will try to remember to come back and update this review. I did purchase an extra 2-year warranty just to be on the safe side.

Customer Review: I previously bought a Deebot for use on our main level floor, where we spend most of our time at home. It works great and connects with our Google Home. But we run it in the middle of the weekdays because it’s pretty noisy. Still, we really like the benefits of a robotic vacuum. So, we thought we might try it on our lower level. I set it up downstairs, but found that, while it seemed to pick up dirt, the back end bounced quite a bit over the berber carpet, which isn’t an issue on the main floor which is hardwood with only one entry rug.So, we went about looking for an alternative for downstairs. We really wanted something that can connect with our Google Home, so that limited our options within our budget. There were lots of great reviews of iRobot products for carpet, but I had a hard time with the price. There were a few other brands, as well, but they were obscure brands, and I didn’t want to be stuck with an expensive vacuum and no customer service.Eufy was a brand I kept in mind as I shopped because we’d had a lot of experience with their parent brand, Anker. They’ve always sold us a great product at a reasonable price, and importantly, if a product failed for any reason, we’d experienced great customer service. I finally decided I’d pull the trigger on the RoboVac 30C because it had the features we wanted.I ordered it from Amazon on Thanksgiving with a bunch of other stuff I wanted to get. I was a bit disappointed that there was no Black Friday pricing, but it was still very competitive over the deeply discounted Roomba models *(see below).It arrived on Sunday, so very quick shipping via Amazon Prime. We set it up right away. The first, VERY OBVIOUS thing we noticed… It’s quiet* (see below). Way quieter than the Deebot. As we had hoped, it also picked up dirt from the carpet easily and without bouncing.The magnetic strips also helped to avoid another pitfall of the Deebot… We have these chairs with unusual bases that are low enough on the edges for the vacuums to drive themselves up on, then there’s a hole about 3 inches from the edge that creates a cliff for the vacuum to get hung up on. Both vacuums will do that, but the Eufy 30C has those strips which it won’t cross. Put the strips around the base of the chairs, and no hangups.The only issue right now is that, unfortunately, the Eufy app doesn’t play with Google Home very well. We are assuming that will get fixed. And if it doesn’t, the app works pretty well as a stand alone, which is the next best thing, so I won’t dock any stars for that.Overall, I am extremely pleased with this vacuum so far. It does clean very well and doesn’t have any problem doing approximately 400 square feet on a single charge around furniture and other odds and ends on the floor.*Customer service : Many vendors will contact Amazon customers shortly after purchase of one of their products to make sure all is well. Eufy did this. I thought I’d give them a preliminary review because I wanted to let them know that things were going well so far. I mentioned that it worked great (didn’t know about the Google home issue, yet, but I was overall pleased). I mentioned as an aside that it was a tiny bit annoying that it arrived on Sunday and the Cyber Monday deal made a significant price difference. Still, I liked it enough that I wasn’t going to be too annoyed. I certainly wasn’t going to try to return it and buy it again to get the better price. A couple days later, they thanked me for my comments… And refunded me the difference in price. They definitely didn’t have to. But it was pretty awesome of them.*Noise level: My hubby set up the schedule for the RoboVac 30C. He decided to go with the same schedule as the Deebot, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in the middle of the day. But instead of setting it up for 12:01 pm, he set it for am. It was running in the middle of the night and we didn’t know it for 2+ weeks. I discovered it when I decided to make sure to have the app on my phone too and saw the scheduling error. To be fair, we sleep on the upper level of our modified split level house and the RoboVac is on the lower level, but I have ears like a bat, and had no idea. And yes, it’s cleaning – – I’ve been cleaning out the dust bin for it regularly. Definitely wouldn’t have been that way with the Deebot. So, yeah. It’s quiet.

Customer Review: This review is for the Roborock QV3a. After hearing my brother-in-law rave about his robot vacuum, I hesitantly bought this. I was hesitant because I had purchased one many years before, and it had been virtually useless. It only vacuumed, was loud with minimal suction, banging its way around and it constantly got clogged with debris and eventually ended up at Goodwill. This vacuum does a wonderful job both vacuuming and mopping, competing with models that cost three times as much. After creating four different maps, the first map, map with the 1st floor family room, kitchen and dining room room all on one level, I segregated an area of the kitchen that gets very dirty after cooking, to allow me to do a daily vacuuming and mopping of this area. The second map included a living room off of our raised entry hall. The third map included the raised tiled entry hall. The fourth map included the second level of the house, including three bedrooms and a large balcony.We have biweekly housekeeping, so most of yhe areas of the house, including a carpeted living room, tile entry hall, living room, 4 bedrooms and balcony, only require vacuuming as needed, often once in the week we don’t have housekeeping. After completing a cleaning of the whole house I was very impressed. It thoroughly cleaned including under furniture picking up an amazing amount of dust bunnies. Our regular vacuum did not fit under dressers, couch, couches, etc. Mopping the tile areas resulted in very clean floors. I did established some no go areas to keep the vacuum from hitting areas with a large number of cords. I also created no go areas under the beds and a couple dressers. Avoiding these areas, greatly speeds up the cleaning process. It is easy to establish no go areas. I can delete them a couple times a year to clean under furniture. I also put up an invisible line on the railing in our balcony, the robot did not see this as a wall, and it would feel its way along the railing, greatly slowing the cleaning process. The robot does seems to learn each time it cleans finding a more efficient way to clean. I also found that moving the chairs away from the dining room table slightly allowed the robot to clean under the table much faster. Our family room has a very large area rug in it with hardwood floors throughout. The robot was able to identify the rug area, mopping/vacuuming hardwood floors and vacuuming the area rug. The app is very intuitive easily allowing the establishment of no goes zones or invisible walls. To clean, simply restore the map for the area you want to clean, select the area you want to clean, and choose your cleaning mode of mopping, vacuuming, or both. It is very simple to use. When done the robot empties the dirty water, cleans the mopping pads, and empties the dust bin. I am very happy with my purchase. For anyone that wants to purchase a cleaning robot without spending $1000 or more, this is an excellent choice.

Customer Review: This is my 2nd Roborock vac/mop combo. I just love it. When you have 2 Shiba dogs, dog hair is everywhere in the house. This really helps keep the floors clean without me having to do it manually.It comes packed carefully, easy to setup and operates through the app. I decided on a 2nd one for my upstairs since the one downstairs works so well. It does a great job mapping your house, and can vacuum and mop at the same time with no problems. It even washes the mop head on long jobs then continues cleaning. This is so next level compared to the IRobot.I highly recommend this Roborock vacuum.

Customer Review: Initial one-week-in review. Will update if anything changes.The Eufy 15C is my first go-round with robovacs. I did quite a bit of research and wanted to strike a balance between functionality and budget. My goal was to cut out some sort of chore as much as possible in an effort to free up time, as our young family seems to have a schedule requiring only the most adept acrobatics to even have a slim hope of accommodating. We vacuum on a borderline constant basis due to pets in the house, children who like to destroy things and create messes, as well as me simply being allergic to nearly everything in existence.The Eufy works on a somewhat random pattern. When I fired the gizmo up at first I found myself sitting there simply watching it and feeling rather convinced it wouldn’t be able to cover a whole room due to the random stab at directions it was taking. It ultimately covered all tracks and I found myself growing more “trusting” of it getting the job done. This was helped by me staging some crushed cheerios in different piles around the kitchen and letting it run unattended. When I returned a bit later, it was still doing laps and all of the cheerio piles were done. Fancy. We don’t have many carpeted areas in the house (just the two upstairs bedrooms), but I let it run in those rooms unattended. When I returned the vacuum patterns were random and all over the place, but covered the entire span of the rooms. Given how much time had elapsed since I left the vacuum I didn’t expect it to be done already — it was still running but it was clear via the carpet patterns that it had hit every area during its pass. Good stuff.I was hesitant to go the “C” route with it being wifi-connected as (tin foil hat moment) I work in IT and question devices connecting to my wifi that arguably may not need to be. I found the app to be easy to set up and opted for a consistent schedule to kick things off. So far, so good. I’ve been keeping an eye on my DNS server logs as well and to date I haven’t seen any suspicious behavior of the Eufy (truth be told I haven’t seen any traffic at all outside of the initial login of my Eufy account), which was nice to see as I was expecting to firewall the thing into oblivion, but it seems to be largely unnecessary so far.Some other models I looked at were controlled exclusively by smart phones alone. This 15C comes with a remote on top of the smart phone capability. I find the remote is a nice added touch as there are times I have my phone elsewhere charging and I want to kick off a vacuum session outside of the scope of the set schedule, so it’s nice being able to punch a button on the remote and let it rip. Another area this comes in handy is if someone is at my house watching my kids (in-laws for example) and a mess needs cleaned up. Whoops, owners not home, smart phones not home, thus no way to control it — enter remote. They really should be standard on all robovacs as I consider it downright foolish to not include a simple remote, but it was nice seeing the Eufy came with it despite the smart phone capability being existent as well.Overall the thing does a good job and it’s great not having to run the bigger vacuum on a constant basis. It runs on a schedule and does its job. It’s much quieter than I expected. Not “run at 3 am” quiet for fear of waking up the kiddos, but still quieter than I expected.In terms of the actual vacuuming performance, I’d say it’s pretty darn good. As I said we’re running this on a daily basis. Now, please understand we’re not running through the woods and tracking in an obscene amount of dirt intentionally, nor are we brushing shaggy pets prone to heavy shedding in the middle of the living room every hour, but I’ve made it a point to empty the dust bin from the Eufy at some point every day so it’s ready to go for the next scheduled run. Every single time I empty it, it’s nearly full. I have no idea where this thing is finding all this dirt, but it’s a testament to the vacuuming capability of the unit itself. From now on it appears our former vacuum will be downgraded to be for steps only.Downsides? Eh, if anything, the need to empty the bin on a pretty consistent basis. It comes with the territory though as these devices are inherently smaller than the large canister vacuums. Nothing that can be done about that so it’s difficult to really ding the robovac in this category, but it’s something worth mentioning and be aware of.Beyond that I can’t find any complaints to note. It does its job and does it well.P.S. – Having a robot vacuum may or may not instigate a cleaner house beyond the scope of simply vacuuming. We told our kids toys need to be cleaned up or the vacuum will “get their toys” in the morning (9 AM schedule) and it’s prompted a pretty swift cleanup job every night before bed. It takes far less arguing than it did in the past, and that, I’m pretty okay with. 🙂

Customer Review: (Update 12/17/25: Changing my review rating as the company has been amazing to work with. After this review, I was contacted by the support team. They are working on firmware to address the height issues. For me, the key to a good tech company is the support and they have been very responsive. After spending some time with E25, I can confidently say the roller mop is the way to go. Other designs with spinning pads should be considered obsolete. The way this thing cleans the roller as it goes, simply cannot be beat and is extremely efficient. Spinning pads are rotating dirt on your floor, simple as that. This unit also creates a nice 3D map, and does it extremely quickly. It never gets lost, and it always knows exactly where it is in the house. I will further update this review as the E25 firmware progresses.)Ok, this thing has some pretty great tech. The mapping is awesome. The height however is a serious problem that eufy refuses to fix. (I connected with support). It does not clean under kitchen cabinets along the toe kick… they know about it and have no plans to change it. It treats our couch as a wall, and won’t go under that either. Just idiotic. Not sure how this thing is getting good reviews considering these glaring problems. Stay away if you want under your cabinets clean. Cant believe I even need to say that….

Customer Review: This is my first time using a robot vacuum. I went with Shark because I looove their other cleaning machines that I have owned. I’m impressed with this vacuum. It was very easy to set up using the app. After setup, the first thing you do is to let it map your home. The trick is to move items that can be moved out of its way so it can get a good map of your rooms. While its mapping a room, I move chairs out of that room to another until it’s done mapping then I put them back. It does a decent job of creating a map of your home, and you can let it do it again just in case you’re not pleased with its rendering. While mapping, it is not cleaning so bear that in mind. After it delivers the map to your home, you then move on to labeling each room by dragging a square over each area which tells the vacuum the boundaries of that room. This is great for if you later want to send the vacuum to clean a particular room and not the whole house.For places where I have two rooms in one like my kitchen and dining, I separate the two rooms while labeling rooms on the map because sometimes I want only the kitchen vacuumed and not the dining room. I watch where the vacuum goes to begin its vacuuming just to check if the boundary I created in the map is where I want it. I can go in and adjust it in the map by dragging the square for that room to change it. Make sure your squares connect to the square of the adjoining room because in areas where you do not have a square covering in the map, the vacuum will not go there.All that aside, you can opt to do a regular single-pass vacuuming or a more robust matrix vacuuming where the robot goes horizontal and vertical so every area is cleaned twice. Its suction isn’t bad. I still see little things on the carpet that it misses. It does a great job with corners for its round shape. You can also take it to a spot you want it to clean instead of the whole room. You can also use the map to block out areas you do not ever want it to clean.I have a large home and it saves me so much time keeping the floors and carpet clean. You can schedule it to vacuum whenever you like. Doing it maybe 4 times a week helps a lot and keeps debris down. Sometimes when it goes to unload the debris it gets stuck and you have to manually clear the chute and empty the canister in the garbage instead. That’s not a deal breaker for me.It’s not too quiet but I don’t mind it as it lets me know it is working. My dogs find it fascinating at first, they were a bit scared, but after a little while, they just ignore it as its doing its thing.I find no real issues with this vacuum, it’s electronic and may glitch at times, like going to the wrong room, but I just simply cancel it and start again and it works. I highly recommend this.

Customer Review: Update 12/29/2025: if i could give a zero i would!!! ok, the warranty ran out November 2024, the unit has failed. It started to act up a month before the warranty ran out. I cleaned it, new filters, new rollers, did regular maintenance work, it still failed. I was told by a Shark rep after going through the steps to fix , and it can not be fixed. I was offered 30% off buying a new one from Shark! I paid 349 plus tax for a vacuum that only lasted a year with normal daily use in our home!!!! I have had Shark vacuums in the past, with no problems, so i stuck with Shark on the Robo Vac, and that was a big mistake to do so!!!! What a rip off!!!!! Now i am out a vacuum! Back to a broom and dust pan! It does not fail in a year nor cost almost$350!!!!!——————————-OLD review:I did not get the highest model, but being a lover of shark vacuums I did purchased the self cleaning vac mop model to see if i would like a robot vac.All I can say is WOW!!! We have 2 dogs whose job is to shed, 4 cats, a cocatoo, hubby and kids.The first picture is random run, the second was from after returing to dock to empty and then back to point it had stopped at to finish.The 3rd is from a whole house programmed run. 4 rooms, 1 bath and hallway. The last one the pad from cleaning one room with the mop function. That blew my mind, it is not a frequently used room and had been washed a couple days before.Using a broom or cordless stick vac(not Shark, was a bad girl, i can say it will soon be replaced with a Shark version, no more straying from Shark)it looked like i could make a toupee daily!!! This was on normal mode, may try matrix next time and see what she finds!!!Love how she mapped the rooms, it was very accurate and let’s you know the size of the rooms, and also the size of cleaning it does. I can work on stuff with it in the room and it does not bother me at all (my dog also does not mind it).-works great on white carpet and easily transitions from my living room to dining room (which has a slight bump).-when its low on battery, it does not die where it is at, it just turns off the vacuum then finds the home doc and charges itself.-just works really well. I run it everyday and I am impressed by how much stuff it gets (especially when it goes under things such as the couch).-if it gets caught on a cord, it usually takes 5-10 seconds but then it stops the suctioning and moves away (releasing the cord or other item). However if you have a small cord you should put it up (and you should regardless, I just noticed it doing this a few times and thought it was neat, but I do try to pick up all cords).What could be improved:-nothing really in particular to this.-It does not work well on anything black, but this is true for all robot vacuums. It sometimes gets stuck when it goes on the black carpet we have with the black chairs (I suspect because it can not detect them), but this has not happened often. My dog has a black mat for her food and water and it always bumps into it and spills the water, but again, this would occur with any robot vacuum.-Also, make sure the doc is against a wall because otherwise it will move and never charge (self explanatory, but I did not do the first time and it kept trying to doc and was just pushing the doc around the floor).-Finally, you do have to dump out the vacuum particles almost every time you run it (if you do a full circle/battery cycle). It is really easy to dump and beeps when it needs to be emptied. Again, nothing really negative, just something to note.Overall, I really like this! It does a nice job cleaning up the dog hair and other things that get on my floor and saves me a lot of time not vacuuming daily. If you have a dog, I would watch them with this first before you use it. My dog was initially scared of it but sniffed it’s “butt” and now they are cool and she does not mind it at all. Pleased with this product and would recommend! 🙂

Customer Review: A watched bot misses the spot… so many times I see it running and it JUST missed a piece of lint, over and over… and then I come back 15 minutes later and it’s gone! Lots of negative reviews from people who seem to have not understood that this is a random motion robot. Keeping your expectations in line and realizing that even with a random pattern the whole house will eventually be covered every few days and this is an amazing little helper.I actually wanted a “dumb” robot because I didn’t want an internet connected device because I care about my network security, and many consumer grade IOT devices have very poor security.I bought two very similar vacuums, one for downstairs and one for upstairs. We have very dark laminate flooring downstairs and it felt like even if I vacuumed regularly there’d still be stuff showing up shortly after I completed my cleaning. I’d do a whole house vacuum every week, but it still felt like I couldn’t keep up, so I initially bought this one (the 11S+) for the downstairs laminate. I loved it so much that I bought an 11S Max for upstairs just a short time later.Since the 11S Max is so similar, I’ll combine details from both in this review as they’re relevant here too.For context, this is in a household with two long-haired adults, no kids, no pets.Downstairs on laminate and tile flooring with only an area rug and fairly basic furniture the device has worked perfectly. It got stuck once on day two in a corner where I had some chairs stacked up and gained the nickname “Waldo”… “Wall-e, the garbage collecting robot… got stuck… where is he? Where’s Waldo?!”, but hasn’t gotten stuck anywhere since and always finds its way home. Every day at lunchtime I come downstairs from my home office and empty the bin and I’m shocked by how much stuff is in it, wondering how I ever lived in such dirty conditions! hahaAfter deciding that this was the best thing ever I bought another for upstairs on the carpeted floors. Things are a bit different there. It seems that every single room upstairs has an obstacle that it doesn’t like, and I’ve had to do a LOT more robot-proofing. In the master bedroom it found its way into the walk-in closet and got tangled on a shirt that had a long string-like fringe and got stuck. In the master bedroom it gets up on the legs of the drying rack and makes a LOT of noise going over them, repeatedly. In the hall guest bedroom it got stuck under the bed that had JUST enough clearance for it to get under, but not get back out. In each of the home offices it gets hung up on the desk legs. In my home office it gets hung up on the legs of my music stand. One night it started beeping after going a touch too far over the edge of the stairs and not being able to back up. It’s strange how the downstairs robot can go about its business daily w/o any problem, and the upstairs one has a problem in every single room. I’m gradually going around and finding ways to deal with the problem room by room (e.g. 3d printed bumpers on my desk legs), but it has been a bit more of a challenge. Like the downstairs robot it’s SHOCKING how much crap the thing picks up every day, even after a deep vacuuming with our Sebo D4. Being as this one gets stuck so often it got the nickname Dodo. I still love it, and it keeps things cleaner, but does require a lot more babysitting. With time I expect it’ll get better as I’ve been making and adding guards here and there to keep it away from areas where it shouldn’t be.A note about the long hair mentioned before: On day 1 I tested the upstairs one before a deep-vacuuming, after about 2 weeks of not doing one and it got REALLY REALLY tangled with hair, but I did a deep vacuuming with the real vacuum and since then it has kept up enough that hair has not been a problem at all.Pros: Very quiet, good coverage (I seldom see a missed spot), picks up a crazy amount of stuff even when you think there’s nothing for it to find, cheap maintenance parts, easy setup, no apps nor wifi connectivity to phone home and potentially compromise your home network.Cons: None if your house is robot-proof, some people may have zero problems, some might have a LOT of problems.

Customer Review: This review is for the Roborock QV3a. After hearing my brother-in-law rave about his robot vacuum, I hesitantly bought this. I was hesitant because I had purchased one many years before, and it had been virtually useless. It only vacuumed, was loud with minimal suction, banging its way around and it constantly got clogged with debris and eventually ended up at Goodwill. This vacuum does a wonderful job both vacuuming and mopping, competing with models that cost three times as much. After creating four different maps, the first map, map with the 1st floor family room, kitchen and dining room room all on one level, I segregated an area of the kitchen that gets very dirty after cooking, to allow me to do a daily vacuuming and mopping of this area. The second map included a living room off of our raised entry hall. The third map included the raised tiled entry hall. The fourth map included the second level of the house, including three bedrooms and a large balcony.We have biweekly housekeeping, so most of yhe areas of the house, including a carpeted living room, tile entry hall, living room, 4 bedrooms and balcony, only require vacuuming as needed, often once in the week we don’t have housekeeping. After completing a cleaning of the whole house I was very impressed. It thoroughly cleaned including under furniture picking up an amazing amount of dust bunnies. Our regular vacuum did not fit under dressers, couch, couches, etc. Mopping the tile areas resulted in very clean floors. I did established some no go areas to keep the vacuum from hitting areas with a large number of cords. I also created no go areas under the beds and a couple dressers. Avoiding these areas, greatly speeds up the cleaning process. It is easy to establish no go areas. I can delete them a couple times a year to clean under furniture. I also put up an invisible line on the railing in our balcony, the robot did not see this as a wall, and it would feel its way along the railing, greatly slowing the cleaning process. The robot does seems to learn each time it cleans finding a more efficient way to clean. I also found that moving the chairs away from the dining room table slightly allowed the robot to clean under the table much faster. Our family room has a very large area rug in it with hardwood floors throughout. The robot was able to identify the rug area, mopping/vacuuming hardwood floors and vacuuming the area rug. The app is very intuitive easily allowing the establishment of no goes zones or invisible walls. To clean, simply restore the map for the area you want to clean, select the area you want to clean, and choose your cleaning mode of mopping, vacuuming, or both. It is very simple to use. When done the robot empties the dirty water, cleans the mopping pads, and empties the dust bin. I am very happy with my purchase. For anyone that wants to purchase a cleaning robot without spending $1000 or more, this is an excellent choice.

Customer Review: This is my 2nd Roborock vac/mop combo. I just love it. When you have 2 Shiba dogs, dog hair is everywhere in the house. This really helps keep the floors clean without me having to do it manually.It comes packed carefully, easy to setup and operates through the app. I decided on a 2nd one for my upstairs since the one downstairs works so well. It does a great job mapping your house, and can vacuum and mop at the same time with no problems. It even washes the mop head on long jobs then continues cleaning. This is so next level compared to the IRobot.I highly recommend this Roborock vacuum.

Customer Review: Arrived next day! Safely and securely packaged. Almost no assembly. Instructions were clear. It operates as a robot damp mop with water and pad or vacuum. Comes with extra filter and spinners. It runs seemingly forever. And picked up stuff from the floor we had never seen before! We have hardwood floors + oriental rugs and had no issues with tassels at all even though directions said to tuck them which we didn’t do. It somehow found the charging station from three rooms away! We have had four Roombas two currently in action. It runs much smoother, with zero hangups in our home (the Roombas do get stuck under things) It’s quieter and vacuums better. We had just vacuumed with a Dyson which was full at end of session and was STUNNED at how much ROPVACNIC picked up afterwards. The container was FULL! Amazing. For this price it is a steal. Very happy with our purchase. With regard to floor washing. It has a chamber you put water or cleaning solution in. There’s a pad which glides along the floor cleans, sanitizes and damp mops. The reservoir feeds water to the pad. This is not intended for carpets just floors. Great to have both features in one very inexpensive machine! It also comes with and app or remote control which lets you control it! Fun Fun! Perfect for the elderly or people who are unable to use a vacuum or mop. Mom uses it. She’s 95!

The 5200Pa suction is seriously strong, it sucks up fur balls, kibble crumbs the dog drops, dust, everything, and that special pet hairbrush is Zero tangles so far (I was impressed).The adjustable electric mopping is awesome on my tiles, I crank it up for sticky spots and it leaves no streaks, just shiny clean.
